Global Textile Alliance
Established in 2001, a family owned company, servicing the bedding and furniture marketplace.
With our Belgium origins and our united philosophy we in November 2016 decided to enter a new phase, One Company One World.
The two brands, Symphony Mills and Termolst, which are owned by the same family, are now under one roof, in our Reidsville, NC Facility.

Symphony Mills
,  was established in 1997 as a fabric trading company.  Our specialists select trendy curtain and upholstery fabrics from major textile producers mainly in the Far East and China.
Our own China based organization purchases the fabrics and arranges the shipment to our 30,000sqm warehouse in Belgium. We are also stocked in the USA, in our Reisdville, NC facility.
Before shipment however the fabrics are inspected by our own quality control services. This allows high level quality standards.
The fabrics are also tested by our QC in our own in house testing department in Belgium to make sure that the important fabric specifications, such as color fastness and FR test are maintained.
For Symphony customer service is of extreme importance. The whole collection of fabrics is available from our warehouse and orders as small as just one piece can be shipped to the customer overnight.
As part of a larger textile group, Symphony has access to a finishing department were the fabrics can be treated to suit the customer’s requirement. Fabrics can be laminated, can be made Fire Retardant or can be enriched by printing a pattern on the base fabric. www.symphonymills.be or www.globaltextilealliance.com

Ter Molst International, is a Belgian manufacturing company specialized in interior textiles. It was founded in 1953 and since then the mill has been in the business of making and distributing upholstery and curtain fabrics. From the beginning TMI has been growing and investing year after year, which makes it a key player on the international market today.

In the year 1990 the company was taken over by Luc Tack, who is continuing the company’s tradition of investing in expansion and new technologies to offer superior products and service. Today we are a vertically integrated mill that is part of a large group operational on the global textile market.Because Ter Molst International has every step of the production process in-house we are able to rely on a lot of know how, a fast production process, superior quality and strong design. Everything is done in Oostrozebeke, in the heart of a region that is famous for its textile.

Our own design department follows up on the latest trends and newest techniques to create a new collection 3 times per year. On top of that practically everything can be made to measure. Our fabrics are all woven on-site, often with fibers from our yarn extrusion plant. A state of the art dyeing installation allows us to create any color, in order to react quickly on trends. A diversity of high tech machines allow us to apply most of the finishes within the organization. Our in-house labs test everything to meet our high standards under the watchful eye of our quality control. And our own sales team works hard to offer the best service possible to all our clients. http://www.termolst.be
